Supply ducts, return ducts, registers, the blower compartment, and an indoor coil inspection, plus an airflow check before we leave. If a basic clean is all you need, that's all we sell you.

A single-furnace home with about 8 to 12 vents is closest to the promo; two-furnace homes, three-zone systems, and 14+ vent homes are priced higher. We do this so a small Orange condo isn't subsidizing a large home — and so you're not surprised at the door.
